1) Determine the compressive strength of the trial assembly based on the strength standard value and the strength improvement coefficient of the construction preparation.
2) Calculate the water-cement ratio based on the compressive strength of the trial fit.
3) Calculate the steel fiber volume ratio according to requirements or determine the steel fiber volume ratio through existing data.
4) Determine the water consumption per unit volume through tests or existing data based on the consistency required for construction (the influence of admixtures should be considered when mixing admixtures).
5) Determine the reasonable sand rate through tests or relevant data.
6) Calculate the amount of material according to the volume method and determine the trial mix ratio.
7) Test the performance of the mixture according to the mix ratio, and adjust the base mix ratio to determine the strength test.
8) Determine the construction mix ratio based on the strength test results.
