Hook-end steel fibers are made of cold-drawn steel wire. Adding the right amount of steel fibers to a concrete mix creates a special type of sprayed and poured concrete called steel fiber concrete. Compared with ordinary concrete, the tensile strength, flexural strength, wear resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, crack resistance and earthquake resistance of steel fiber concrete are greatly improved.
User Guidance
Dosage: Depends on the purpose, the minimum dosage range is 20kg/m3 -70kg/m3.
Mix: Place the sand and gravel into the hopper. While pouring the sand and gravel into the hopper, mix in an appropriate amount of loose steel fiber, and then add cement. Lift the sand, gravel, steel fiber and cement in the hopper to the mixing table, dry mix for 2 minutes, then add water and mix for 2 minutes. Glued steel fibers should be mixed with water to dissolve the glue before adding.
Put the evenly mixed fiber concrete into the carriage for transportation.
Concrete pouring should be dense and dense.
