Monofilament polypropylene fiber, also known as crack-resistant fiber, is a high-strength bundle fiber made of polypropylene using a unique production process. When added to concrete or mortar, it can effectively control the microcracks caused by factors such as solid-plastic shrinkage and temperature changes in concrete (mortar), prevent and inhibit the formation of cracks, and greatly improve the crack resistance and impermeability of concrete, as well as its impact resistance and seismic resistance.
Monofilament polypropylene fiber can be widely used in bridge deck and road covering, mining and tunnel engineering, railways, high-rise buildings, slope fixing, fire protection facilities, concrete repair, roofs, walls, basements, pools and roofs waterproofing engineering, industrial and civil construction engineering gardens, and various prefabricated concrete products.

Accurately weigh the fiber according to the designed amount and the concrete mixing volume. After preparing the sand and gravel, add the fiber and aggregate to the mixer. The mixing time should be appropriately extended to 30-60 seconds. Random sampling after mixing is completed; if the fiber is evenly dispersed, the concrete can be put into use. If there are still fiber bundles, extend the mixing time by 30 seconds before use.
The construction and maintenance process of PPMFi concrete is the same as that of ordinary concrete.
