Instructions for use of polypropylene monofilament fiber:
A). Dosage: To combat common surface cracks, 0.9kg/m3 fiber is sufficient in cement mortar, and 1.8kg/m3 fiber is sufficient for reinforcement and waterproofing.
B). Mixing requirements: The ratio of cement, sand and aggregate does not need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additives and fiber together, add enough water and stir, and the mixing time can be extended by 2~3 minutes to fully mix the mixture.
It can also be mixed with cement and other aggregates in advance, and water can be added and stirred at the construction site before construction.
